Prestige Strategy
Reset smarter, grow faster
What Prestige Actually Does
- •Prestige converts current run progress into permanent acceleration.
- •You lose temporary progress, but future runs reach breakpoints much faster.
- •Good prestige play is about cycle efficiency, not one giant run.
Timing Rules (Simple)
- •Early game: prestige when your next gain is roughly +50% to +100% of current prestige value.
- •If progress rate drops sharply and next major upgrade is far away, reset sooner.
- •If you are close to a major unlock, delay reset to secure that breakpoint first.
Run Phases
- •Phase A (Rebuild): fast cheap upgrades, restore baseline quickly.
- •Phase B (Push): chase high-value multiplier breakpoints.
- •Phase C (Plateau): once growth flattens, evaluate reset instead of forcing grind.
Reset Decision Framework
- •Ask 1: Is my current points-per-minute still rising?
- •Ask 2: Is next upgrade worth the wait versus reset gain?
- •Ask 3: Will reset improve next run by enough to recover time spent?
- •If 2+ answers are negative, prestige now.
Prestige Currency Investment Order
- •First: global multipliers that affect all income sources.
- •Second: starting-speed bonuses that reduce rebuild time.
- •Third: specialized bonuses (click-only/idle-only) based on your playstyle.
Advanced Tips
- •Batch temporary boosts before a planned prestige window.
- •Track 2-3 recent runs and compare total gain per minute, not only final gain.
- •As layers unlock, optimize for the highest layer objective while keeping lower layers efficient.
Meta Signal
- •If each new run consistently beats the previous run time to key milestones, your prestige strategy is healthy.
